Overview
Upon hearing that Master Chef Ajay Chopra had returned to his roots in Delhi to open his first restaurant, Plaka at Cyberhub, we knew we had to experience it. This establishment was formerly a Greek restaurant but has since been renamed to Plaka by Ajay Chopra, who has incorporated some of his favorite recipes from his 25 years of culinary expertise. As a disclaimer, I must note that our dining experience was heightened by the chefís undivided attention and smaller portions so that we could try a greater variety of dishes.
